Our Services
Children often express their thoughts and emotions through play rather than words. Play therapy provides a safe, supportive environment where children can explore feelings, process experiences, and develop healthy coping skills.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process distressing memories and experiences. EMDR can help reduce anxiety, emotional distress, and negative self-beliefs while supporting healing and resilience.
Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes and focus on helping you explore challenges, build coping skills, and work toward greater emotional balance and well-being.
A supportive space for partners to improve communication, work through conflict, and strengthen their relationship. Couples counseling can help you better understand one another and develop healthier ways of connecting.
Meet Jacqui
I’m Jacqui Wiederhold, LPC Associate, Supervised by Dr. Candice Ashley, PhD, MEd, LPC-S, NCC, K-12 School Counselor. I provide counseling services through Good Feelings Counseling. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s needs.
I am trained in EMDR therapy, an evidence-based approach that helps people process difficult experiences and reduce emotional distress. My goal is to create a safe space where clients feel supported as they work toward healing, growth, and greater emotional balance.
